Richardson Hall of Honor in the IDA Headquarters building in Baltimore, recognizes special achievements, contributions and efforts of many individuals in the field as well as others whose lives have been affected by dyslexia and other learning disabilities.

HTTP://www.interdys.org/ewebeditpro5/upload/SylviaORichardson250pixels(1).gifSylvia Onesti Richardson, M.D., pediatrician and professor, has dedicated her life and career to the study and treatment of language-based learning disabilities.  A true pioneer herself, Dr. Richardson's background in speech and language, learning disabilities and medicine has proven to be a source of wisdom and counsel to organizations world-wide for the last half-century.

An everlasting honor to Dr. Richardson, The Hall was created by Mrs. Joy Culverhouse, a close personal friend whose friendship with Dr. Richardson has spanned many years.
